Are you looking for a wicked-ly good way to spend your Halloween this year? Come stop by the Old Mill District family-friendly Halloween party!

HSCO will be hosting a Howl-o-ween Pet Costume Contest that you will definitely not want to miss! Registration is open from 4-5:30PM and it is free to enter! Judging will begin at 5:30PM and local celebrity judges will hand out prizes for the top 3 costumes. Do you think your pup has the best outfit on the block? Be sure to show off their ghoulishly cool costumes at this can't-miss event!
