Pet Bereavement Support Group
Losing a pet can be a deeply painful experience, yet society often minimizes this type of grief. This six-week support group provides a safe and supportive space to share your story, process emotions about your loss, and connect with others who understand. Together, we’ll explore ways to honor your pet’s memory and take steps toward healing.
Details:
- The group meets every Saturday from October 18 to November 22 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
- Each group session has a homework assignment, and every week builds on all previous sessions. To maximize group trust, connection, and unity, we request a commitment to attend all 6 sessions.
- Space is limited to eight participants.
- To maintain trust and continuity, we ask participants to commit to attending all sessions.
- This is a support group, not therapy, but all discussions will remain confidential.
- We kindly ask that at least one month has passed since your pet’s passing before joining the group.
